- When evaluating a WOT map, two things are considered: side victory ratio (balance) and average battle time (dynamics). As for map winrate, 4 percent difference is not okay anymore, 10 percent guarantees an overhaul

- There are prem tanks of max tier 8 because the devs don't want tier 9 and 10 tanks for real money

- The "buff" of the Type 59 is about the balance of its gun mostly (it'll be compensated by tweaking other balance characteristics, it's not really a buff), the main reason (apart from balance) is to bring the tank closer to the overall characteristics of the Chinese tree

- So far it is not considered to remove the Panzer 35t and Panzer 38t from the German tree and save them for the EU tree

- KV-1S won't get a nerf, statistically it's fine!

- L?we will get "historical" properties according to Serb's references (not necesserily a nerf), source is Panzer Tract 20-01, it will be a slight size change, no change to the camo factor

- Regarding the Czech tree: no info whether yes or not (probably as a part of the EU tree), but there are tier 8 and 9 Czech medium tanks available according to SerB

- It's possible that Soviet guns will be rebalanced (bigger alpha, better ROF) to stay on par with the Chinese

- Other premium vehicles will be fixed, "if necessery" (which generally says nothing)

- T-54 gets very small armor changes in the 2nd 8.2 test

- T34 has worse MM than Type 59 because its gun can deal with tier 10 tank

- Type 59 won't get a worse MM
